Job Summary

Leading the agent onboarding and commission operations, the full-time Illinois Licensed Insurance Manager will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure compliance, and enhance agency relationships while working flexibly in Peoria, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce standards for agent onboarding, licensing, and commission assignments
• Administer agent contracting changes and oversee termination and offboarding activities
• Manage state licensing records and maintain third-party vendor systems for agent lifecycle management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with insurance agent contracting, licensing, and appointments required
• Professional insurance designation preferred (e.g., SILA-A, SILA-F, FLMI, CLU, CPCU)
• Experience with EXL LifePRO preferred
