Job Summary
To support a dynamic team serving diverse clients, the full-time Illinois Licensed Insurance Producer will build and execute a personal sales plan, prospect for new opportunities, and conduct risk assessments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives
- Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, providing proactive advice to clients
- Collaborate with account managers and marketing specialists to ensure seamless service from proposal to renewal
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (multi-state authority preferred)
- 4+ years of success as a producer or advisor in any line of business
- Proven ability to prospect, network, and develop long-term client relationships
- Strong consultative communication skills tailored to client needs
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a personal portfolio
