Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Inside Sales Advisor responsible for broking new and renewal business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate broking around the renewal cycle and ensure compliance with service model standards
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and drive financial outcomes to support revenue development and retention
• Collaborate with account management to prepare and present proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required
• Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus
