A company is looking for an Illinois Licensed Labor & Employment Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on Illinois employment law and compliance issues
• Support HR and business teams with day-to-day employment law questions
• Conduct risk assessments related to employee leave and workplace issues

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Illinois
• Experience in labor & employment law with a focus on employer-side counseling
• Strong knowledge of Illinois employment laws and related requirements
• Prior in-house or client counseling experience preferred
