Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of defense litigation including medical malpractice, construction, contract disputes, and personal injury defense
• Assist with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy
• Collaborate directly with partners and firm leadership in a flexible work environment

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Illinois
• Open to all levels of experience
• Must have at least 4 years of medical malpractice experience to be fully remote
• Prior defense litigation experience preferred
