Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal to manage litigation matters in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 active litigation cases, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are filed
• Assist one attorney in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions, while maintaining client communication and coordinating trial logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law
• Strong understanding of Illinois civil litigation procedure
• Proficiency in legal technology platforms and document management systems
