Job Summary

Focused on developing new mortgage business, the full-time Illinois Licensed Loan Officer will conduct outbound sales, manage client relationships, and ensure a smooth loan process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop new mortgage business through referrals from realtors and past clients
  • Prospect and follow up on leads provided by credit unions and conduct outbound sales calls
  • Originate quality mortgage applications and facilitate a smooth member experience throughout the loan process
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of a 4-Year Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Consumer Direct Loan Officer or in a related role
  • In lieu of education, 5 years of experience as a Consumer Direct Loan Officer is acceptable
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending and current market conditions
  • Familiarity with credit union products and mortgage guidelines
