Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor (Central Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely flow and communication with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of loan processing experience, preferably in retail
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
• Able to handle a pipeline of 50+ loans and fund at least 25 loans per month
• Familiarity with Byte preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
