Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment
• Perform general interior maintenance including HVAC/R and minor plumbing repairs
• Document work performance and participate in ongoing training programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid state driver's license
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance
• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process
