Job Summary

To support advancements in precision medicine, the full-time salaried (Senior) Medical Director, Oncology Life Sciences Research will serve as the primary clinical partner for Life Sciences account teams, providing strategic clinical guidance and translating complex oncologic concepts into actionable data-driven solutions, all while working remotely from Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute long-term clinical strategies for assigned accounts using multimodal real-world data and AI tools
• Serve as the primary clinical peer to biopharma leaders, maintaining structured engagement and proactive communication
• Analyze client pipelines and clinical trial data to anticipate needs and develop strategic growth plans

Required qualifications

• MD or DO required, with board certification/eligibility in Medical Oncology
• Strong clinical focus in Gastrointestinal (GI) or Breast cancers preferred
• Proven ability to analyze biopharma drug pipelines and understand clinical trial design
• Track record of building trusted relationships with biopharma leadership
• Experience presenting complex scientific information to executive client teams
