Illinois Licensed Medical Reviewer

Job Summary

As the primary medical expert in a remote contract position, the Illinois Licensed Medical Reviewer will ensure the integrity and clinical accuracy of promotional materials, providing proactive guidance during early-stage brand development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Medical Reviewer and final sign-off for all promotional and non-promotional materials
• Guarantee the clinical accuracy, relevance, and objectivity of medical and scientific data
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs Directors to align promotional tactics with overarching medical strategy

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in a medical review role within the pharmaceutical industry
• 1-5 years of experience in clinical practice, academic research, regulatory/scientific, or MSL environments
• Advanced health science education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to learn, interpret, and convey complex medical information effectively
• Proficiency in electronic material review systems and remote collaborative tools
