Job Summary
To support the medical community in Illinois and Iowa, the full-time Illinois Licensed Medical Science Liaison will establish relationships with healthcare professionals, provide medical information regarding myeloproliferative neoplasms, and facilitate the development of key opinion leaders in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a reputable presence in the medical community and develop relationships with thought leaders and treatment advocates
- Provide high-quality medical and scientific support for internal and external customers, including advisory board meetings and training courses
- Maintain scientific expertise in hematology and oncology while managing studies aligned with medical and commercial objectives
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field medical/MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Broad knowledge of general medicine, focusing on hematology and oncology
- Experience in planning and executing scientific studies and clinical trials
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders
