Illinois Licensed Medical Science Liaison

Job Summary

To support the medical community in Illinois and Iowa, the full-time Illinois Licensed Medical Science Liaison will establish relationships with healthcare professionals, provide medical information regarding myeloproliferative neoplasms, and facilitate the development of key opinion leaders in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a reputable presence in the medical community and develop relationships with thought leaders and treatment advocates
• Provide high-quality medical and scientific support for internal and external customers, including advisory board meetings and training courses
• Maintain scientific expertise in hematology and oncology while managing studies aligned with medical and commercial objectives

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field medical/MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Broad knowledge of general medicine, focusing on hematology and oncology
• Experience in planning and executing scientific studies and clinical trials
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders
