Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and assist clients with the healthcare system
• Execute follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and stay updated on Medicare regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or College Degree
• Active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional required certifications
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Medicare Enrollment tools
• Comprehensive understanding of Medicare regulations and policies
• Commitment to ongoing education and training regarding Medicare updates
