Key responsibilities

- Perform HRA/MCA assessments and present options for carrier mail order pharmacy
- Address customer inquiries and provide support regarding their new Medicare plans
Required qualifications
- Active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional certifications as required by CMS
- Experience with CRM software, call center tools, and Medicare Enrollment systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for tracking and organizing information
