Job Summary

To enhance AI-generated career guidance for mental health professionals, experienced Mental Health Practitioners will evaluate and improve content remotely in this flexible, hourly freelance role.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from mental health professionals at various career stages
• Write expert-level "golden answers" that provide actionable career guidance
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counselor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related professional
• Strong understanding of mental health career trajectories and Illinois licensure requirements
• Experience mentoring, supervising, or advising colleagues or trainees
• Excellent written communication skills for conveying complex professional knowledge
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision
