Job Summary

Providing telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults, the part-time Illinois Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning while enjoying flexible hours and minimal administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to clients, focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director for complex or crisis cases and customize clinical preferences for client matching
• Efficiently complete documentation using AI tools and manage a flexible caseload with autonomy over scheduling

Required qualifications

• Active independent license in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience treating children, teens, and families
• Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
• Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
