Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time or part-time Illinois Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct intakes, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and create client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Required qualifications

• Active Illinois license: LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Experience working with children, teens, and families
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
