Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time or part-time Illinois Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 15-36 sessions per week, conducting intakes and developing trauma-informed treatment plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intakes and create client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
- Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Required qualifications
- Active Illinois license as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
