Job Summary

Working remotely during CST business hours, the full-time Illinois Licensed Mortgage Closer will manage the closing process for mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare loans for closing while balancing fees and ensuring compliance
• Communicate effectively with customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the closing process
• Review closing documentation for accuracy and resolve any post-closing issues that arise

Required qualifications

• 1 or more years of residential mortgage closing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using Encompass preferred
• Strong mathematical and judgment skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
