Job Summary
Working remotely from Illinois, the full-time temporary Illinois Licensed Mortgage Data Entry Specialist will input loan data from specialized documents into loan origination software, requiring a solid understanding of mortgage loan documents and the Encompass system.
Key responsibilities
- Input loan data from various mortgage documents into the loan origination software
- Read and identify property collateral, TRID disclosures, and complete appraisal reviews
- Complete online forms and perform alphanumeric data entry for structured documents
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with mortgage loan documents and the Encompass system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- General computer knowledge with a capacity to learn new software quickly
