Job Summary

Illinois Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, responsible for developing new mortgage business through various referral sources, conducting outbound sales, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new mortgage business through referrals and prospecting non-member borrowers
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the credit union
• Take accurate mortgage loan applications and facilitate a smooth member experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-Year Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail loan officer or in a related role
• In lieu of a degree, 6 years of experience as a retail loan officer or in a related role is acceptable
• Knowledge of mortgage lending and current market conditions
• Ability to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
