Job Summary

Developing new mortgage business from credit union members and non-member referral sources, the full-time Illinois Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will prospect leads, conduct outbound sales, and manage loan applications while ensuring compliance with mortgage guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new mortgage business through referrals and credit union provided leads
• Conduct outbound calling to member leads and follow up on non-member leads
• Take accurate mortgage loan applications and ensure a smooth member experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail loan officer or in a related role
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is acceptable
