Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracted Nurse Case Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete early medical management assessment and intervention on claims
• Evaluate claims and provide a proactive action plan using evidence-based guidelines
• Perform medical case management activities including assessment, planning, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois
• At least one year of experience as a worker's compensation case management nurse
• Two or more years of clinical experience in orthopedics, occupational medicine, or internal medicine
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Experience with worker's compensation and Microsoft Teams and Outlook
