Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Case Manager, remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete early medical management assessment and intervention on claims requiring medical treatment
• Apply knowledge and evidence-based guidelines to evaluate claims and provide a proactive action plan
• Perform essential medical case management activities including assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a registered nurse degree with Illinois licensure
• At least one year of experience as a worker's compensation case management nurse
• Two or more years of clinical experience in orthopedics, occupational medicine, or internal medicine
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Experience with worker's compensation and Microsoft Teams and Outlook
