Job Summary
Supporting attorneys in case preparation, the full-time Illinois Licensed Nurse Paralegal will review and organize medical records, prepare chronologies, conduct medical research, and manage communication with clients and vendors, with flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and organize medical records and prepare detailed chronologies or summaries of medical care
- Conduct medical research and analyze treatment data to support case strategy
- Prepare materials for hearings, trials, and coordinate communication with counsel, clients, and vendors
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Nurse Paralegal
- 2 years of experience in preparing medical chronologies
- 1 year of experience in entering billable time
- Strong understanding of medical records and treatment data analysis
- Ability to manage communications with various stakeholders effectively
