Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Illinois (IL) License - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions
• Conduct patient appointments that allow time for listening, education, and personalized care
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure comprehensive support and operational assistance

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and EMRs
