Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Nurse Practitioner with an Illinois (IL) license.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause
• Conduct patient appointments that prioritize listening, education, and personalized care
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and care coordinators to support women's health needs

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and EMRs
