Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting
- Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured team-supported model of care
- Work full-time, providing patient-centered care while adhering to harm reduction principles
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in a state of residence (AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY)
- At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Must reside in a state allowing independent practice without physician supervision for specific states (FL, IL, MA, MN, VA)
