Illinois Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing Hormone Health practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Nurse Practitioner will focus on hormone health, including Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and thyroid conditions, while conducting patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Prescribe nutraceuticals and medications, monitoring their effectiveness
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide education on disease prevention

Required qualifications:

• Active Illinois APRN and IL DEA licenses required
• NP/APRN with a concentration in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging, or Lifestyle Medicine
• Formal training and experience in practicing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) preferred
• Ability to work at least 16-20 hours per week, including 1-2 evening shifts
• Providers based in AZ, CO, FL, IL, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, and VA are preferred
