Job Summary
To deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting, an Illinois Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage and initiate buprenorphine treatment while working full-time, independently within a structured team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities
- Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder
- Provide patient-centered care in a fully remote outpatient environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals through shared decision-making
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois with the ability to practice independently without physician supervision
- At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Strong commitment to patient-centered practice and autonomy
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Reside in Illinois or another specified state eligible for this position
