Illinois Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To deliver exceptional sleep care, the full-time Illinois Licensed Nurse Practitioner will screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, working remotely and shaping health outcomes while collaborating with a clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
• Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using a customized EHR
• Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

Required qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct patient care
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine
• Active CA and IL APRN licenses, with prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices
• Must be able to work full-time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday
