Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Illinois Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on obesity treatment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve sustainable weight loss while committing to 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
- Review patient intake, discuss obesity principles, and prescribe appropriate weight loss therapy
- Manage daily tasks, oversee patient progress, and coordinate care with coaches during scheduled check-ins
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialties)
- Active, unrestricted license in Illinois and other specified states
- Experience conducting telehealth visits
- Prior experience with metabolic health strongly preferred
