Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Nursing Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing Leadership team with training and data interpretation for the Nurse Manager Program
• Oversee coordination and oversight of training and educational offerings for Nursing Leadership programs
• Lead member networking calls and workgroups related to Nursing Leadership and coordinate member communication strategies

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 7 or more years of experience required, preferably in a clinical setting
• Experience as a nurse manager in an acute care nursing unit
• Experience working with adult learners and organizational design
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
