Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Nursing Instructor specializing in Maternity and Pediatrics for a remote/online teaching position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, inclusive, and interactive online lessons in Maternity and Pediatrics
• Equip students with the knowledge and confidence to excel in maternal-child nursing practice
• Identify student needs and create targeted remediation plans
• Work closely with academic leadership and faculty peers to align teaching with program goals

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Nursing is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with recent clinical practice and/or teaching experience
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Illinois
• Prior teaching experience preferred, particularly in an online/remote environment
• A passion for education and the ability to connect with a diverse group of students
