Key Responsibilities

Examine patients remotely using patented technology in the state where licensed
Communicate with patients through specialized video conferencing tools
Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must hold a valid Doctor of Optometry license in Illinois
Experience with tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred
Availability for full or partial schedules, including Saturdays
Multiple state licenses are a plus
Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
