Illinois Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a national litigation team, the remote Illinois Licensed Paralegal will manage investigations, preserve evidence, and maintain evidence databases while collaborating with attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs investigation and file management duties related to legal hold and litigation discovery requests under attorney supervision
• Obtains and manages client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for each case
• Maintains and organizes evidentiary data and case-related information in accordance with best records management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with legal holds and evidence preservation is a plus
• Proficiency with data entry and experience with document management systems
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
