Job Summary

Supporting multiple attorneys in a full-time capacity, the Illinois Licensed Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload while drafting legal documents, organizing records, and conducting case law research in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery motions while managing multiple cases
  • Organize and process incoming records and invoices, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items
  • Conduct case law research using Lexis Advance to assist attorneys in trial preparation and defense strategies
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal
  • Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
  • Experience with Lexis Advance for legal research
