Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Illinois Licensed Paralegal will support critical legal operations by reviewing and responding to legal demands from law enforcement agencies while working remotely and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process legal demands from federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
- Investigate and respond to third-party consumer complaints in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of legal requests and responses
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, legal support, or paralegal-related role
- Formal legal training, paralegal certificate, or legal studies coursework preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understanding of legal terminology and legal document review processes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
