Key Responsibilities

• Receive and make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients with dental appointments
• Create patient charts on the computer and multitask while scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Stable employment history with consistent attendance
