• Oversee payroll and accounts payable processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Implement process improvements and manage internal controls for payroll and AP functions
• Supervise and develop team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience with managerial responsibilities
• Understanding of payroll and accounts payable principles, GAAP, and internal controls
• Experience with automating processes and leading system migrations
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• College degree preferred, with a focus on Finance or Accounting
