Job Summary

A company is looking for a P&C Substation Sr. Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee development of protection and control engineering packages for substation projects
• Lead technical reviews, QA/QC processes, and design optimization initiatives
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key utility and industrial clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Power emphasis preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in protection & controls engineering
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Proficiency with industry tools (e.g., SEL AcSELerator, ASPEN, CAPE, ETAP, AutoCAD, MicroStation)
