Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (IL License) to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned K-12 students
  • Conduct initial mental health assessments, diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with care management teams and ensure timely documentation and adherence to guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Illinois and the state of residence
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
  • Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
  • Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, or Tagalog are highly desired
