Job Summary
A company is looking for a Permanency Specialist to work in a hybrid remote capacity in Peoria, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with children and families to identify and secure appropriate permanency placements
- Educate families on the adoptive and guardianship process and implement permanency plans
- Advocate for families through court hearings, school meetings, and community engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an approved Human Services field
- CWEL certification
- Valid driver's license in good standing and current automobile insurance
- Ability to obtain a valid Illinois driver's license within 30 days if relocating
- CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
