Job Summary

A company is looking for a Permanency Specialist to work in a hybrid remote capacity in Peoria, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with children and families to identify and secure appropriate permanency placements
• Educate families on the adoptive and guardianship process and implement permanency plans
• Advocate for families through court hearings, school meetings, and community engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an approved Human Services field
• CWEL certification
• Valid driver's license in good standing and current automobile insurance
• Ability to obtain a valid Illinois driver's license within 30 days if relocating
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
