Job Summary
To manage a high-volume caseload of Illinois pre-litigation personal injury cases, the full-time Illinois Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will work remotely, communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers while preparing demand packages and maintaining accurate case documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume pre-litigation personal injury caseload and progress cases toward settlement
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Order and review medical records and prepare demand packages while tracking treatment progress
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager
- Strong knowledge of the Illinois personal injury pre-litigation process
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills
- Experience with Aderant or similar case management systems is a plus
