Job Summary

Engaged in the practice of pharmacy, the full-time Illinois Licensed Pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication preparation, dispensing, and patient counseling, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review prescription orders to assess therapeutic appropriateness
• Interact with healthcare professionals and patients to coordinate medication delivery and provide drug information
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and maintain proper documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor or PharmD degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Licensure in the State of Illinois is required
• Two years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist preferred, with a focus on specialty or infusion pharmacy
• Comfortable interacting with patients and healthcare providers for counseling and drug information
• Willingness to handle on-call rotations for after-hours patient coverage
