Job Summary

Overseeing pharmacy services for E-Clinical Pharmacy in Peoria, IL, the full-time Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Supervisor will manage pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with policies and performance standards, and collaborate with leadership while offering remote work options for eligible residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy staff to meet policy, procedures, and service expectations
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership on corrective actions and strategic planning
• Maintain positive relationships with facility administrators and stakeholders to meet business and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Active Pharmacist License validated by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
