Job Summary

A company is looking for an Rx Fulfillment Coordinator (Shift: 2pm-10:30pm CST).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, providers, and pharmacies through various communication channels
• Process prescriptions accurately and timely while providing support to providers
• Manage daily tasks to meet department performance metrics and maintain accurate case documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or LPN/LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Medical Assistant, or LPN/LVN
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• Able to work the specified shift of 2pm-10:30pm CST
