Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Technician - Front End.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter new prescriptions and patient demographics into the data processing system
• Assist in processing exceptions and handling reorders as needed
• Provide support for specialized programs and perform responsibilities requiring special handling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or call center settings
• Experience in customer service and meeting quality standards
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite
• Must obtain active technician license or certification within the first 90 days if required by the state
