Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Success Team Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with communities regarding medication orders, including non-formulary and incomplete orders
• Review Medicare D rejections and work with pharmacists or physicians to adjudicate claims
• Perform insurance and billing clerical duties, including submitting claims and resolving denials

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per State requirements
• Minimum one year of data entry experience
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
