Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote LTC Pharmacy Adjudication Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with communities regarding non-formulary and expensive medication orders, educating on alternatives
• Maintain detailed records of orders requiring follow-up and ensure timely communication with community staff
• Assist with Medicare D claims adjudication and perform insurance and billing clerical duties

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
• Minimum one year of data entry experience
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
